摘要 采用高温熔融方法制备SrO-Sb2O3-P2O5系统玻璃,研究了SrO和P2O5含量变化对SrO-Sb2O3-P2O5玻璃结构、特征温度、膨胀系数、析晶性能和化学稳定性的影响。采用热膨胀仪、差热分析仪、红外光谱仪和恒温水浴加热对玻璃进行测试,结果表明,玻璃的膨胀系数随SrO的摩尔分数增大而增大。随着SrO取代P2O5含量的不断增加,玻璃的特征温度先升高后下降,然后又上升。SrO的含量的增多使玻璃的析晶能力增强,同时也提高了玻璃的耐水性。 SrO-Sb2O3-P2O5 system glasses were prepared by high temperature melting method and the effect of SrO and P2O5 content on its characteristics were studied with thermal expansion analyzer,differential thermal analyzer,infrared spectrometer and heating with constant temperature water bath.The results showed that the expansion coefficient of the glasses increased with the increase of SrO content.Moreover,the characteristic temperature of glasses increased at first and then decreased and increased again at last with the increasing SrO content.Both the crystallization ability and water resistence increased with the increasing SrO content.
