布托啡诺及右美托嘧啶联合颈丛阻滞对甲状腺瘤切除术的麻醉效果比较

Bhutto Butorphanol and Dexmedetomidine Combined with Cervical Plexus Block Anesthesia for Thyroid Tumor Resection

目的:对布托啡诺超前镇痛复合右美托嘧啶术中镇静、镇痛对于颈丛神经阻滞麻醉效果进行对比分析。方法:选取本院2011年7月-2013年6月收治的行甲状腺腺瘤切除术患者90例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。其中对照组患者采用单纯的颈丛神经阻滞麻醉,观察组患者在此基础上,采用布托啡诺超前镇痛复合右美托嘧啶在术中进行镇静、镇痛。观察两组患者麻醉前后的血压状况,密切监测患者在术中术后是否出现不良反应。结果:观察组患者手术各阶段的生命体征均优于对照组患者(P<0.05);对两组患者的神经阻滞起效时间和持续时间比较,观察组患者起效时间稍慢,但是持续时间比对照组患者长(P<0.05)。结论:在颈丛神经阻滞麻醉中采用布托啡诺超前镇痛复合右美托嘧啶术中镇静、镇痛效果显著,可以减少患者痛苦。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Bhutto butorphanol and Dexmedetomidine combined with cervical plexus block anesthesia for thyroid tumor resection. Methods 90 cases with thyroid adenoma resection in our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 June were selected, the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by simple cervical plexus block anesthesia, the Bhutto butorphanol and dexmedetomidine for sedation, analgesia during the operation. Two groups of patients were observed before and after anesthesia, the blood pressure, adverse reaction monitoring in patients after operation. Results the patients in the experimental group operation stage of the vital signs were better than the control group patients, including heart rate and mean arterial pressure. Comparison of two groups of patients with nerve block onset time and duration of thepatients in the experimental group, the onset time was slower, but the long duration than patients in the control group. ConclusionThe cervical plexus block anesthesia with Bhutto butorphanol and dexmedetomidine can significantly reduce the pain of patients in clinical practice, suggestions
