摘要
X - 932高效稠油破乳剂是针对辽河油田高含水稠油研制开发的一种油溶性高分子破乳剂。创新开发了以m(稠环酚 )∶m(甲醛 )∶m(多烯多胺 ) =1 0∶6 8∶3 0投料 ,在 70～ 80℃反应 6 0min ,12 0℃ ,1333Pa下脱水缩合 2 5min得到的稠环酚胺树脂。并以该树脂为起始剂 ,采用了先进的聚醚催化合成技术及交联改性手段制备得到了OX - 932高效稠油破乳剂。室内评价和现场应用结果表明 :OX - 932显示优越的稠油破乳性能 ,使辽河高含水稠油净化油含水由原来的 10 %降至 4 %以下。
Demulsifier OX-932 was developed specially for dehydating high water viscous crude oil of Liao he oil field.In the first step,phenol amine resin was prepared by condensation reaction of polycyclic phenol,polyamine and formaldehyde.Then the polyepoxide demulsifier OX-932 was prepared by block copolymerization of the resin with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide.The condensation conditions were determined.In laboratory experiments,OX-932 was much more effective them SP-169,AP1910,etc. In field tests over six months,OX-932 improved notably the dehydration process to give the qualified purified crude oil,and the separation of produced water was fast.
