摘要
以结构、材料等更为复杂的某公司大型客车动车总成系统为研究对象,首先介绍了基于模态试验分析技术的惯性参数识别法(质量线法),该方法是通过激励和响应点坐标、相关运动和动力学方程及激励求取质心坐标、相关惯量参数;然后利用已知的发动机、变速箱以及缓速器各自的惯性参数和组合方式,通过计算整合得到动力总成系统的惯性参数;并与试验获得的结果进行对比分析.结果表明:通过质量线法来求取复杂刚体惯性参数的方法是可靠的.
In this paper,a bus powertrain of which the structure and material are more complex is applied as an example. First,it introduces the inertial parameter identification technique based on experimental modal analysis. The method obtains the center-of-mass coordinate and the inertial parameters of the powertrain through the excitation and the coordinate of response points,relative motions and dynamics equations. Then,the paper produces how to obtain the inertial parameters of the powertrain on the basis of knowing the data of each part,it validates the accuracy of obtaining the complex inertial parameters of the rigid body through the contrast and analysis with the result of experimental modal.
