武警总医院医疗队参加“9·3阅兵”参阅外军驻训卫勤保障工作实践与初步探讨

Experience from the Chinese People＇s Armed Police Force Hospital Medical Team participating in the ＂September 3 Parade＂

武警总医院医疗队参加“9·3阅兵”参阅外军驻训卫勤保障任务对象为17支参阅外军，在武警部队历史上尚属首例，医疗保障任务无任何经验借鉴，处于边摸索边实施层面。通过对此次卫勤保障工作的实践进行总结分析，初步阐述了卫勤指挥组、医疗救治后送组及后勤保障组等职能小组的职责分工、医疗救治后送流程、病种预想及处置等内容，以期为执行密集人群驻点卫勤保障任务提供理论及经验支持。

A medical team from the Chinese People＇s Armed Police Force Hospital, including 19 staff members and an ambulance, participated in the ＂Parade to Commemorate the 70th Anniversary of victory in the Chinese People＇s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the End of World War II＂ held on 3 September to provide medical service to the officers and soldiers of the Chinese Army and those from 17 countries. A clinic and a specialized clinic for patients with fever were established. Health education was conducted. Excercise of emergency rescue was held. The result showed that the medical team suceeded to finish its task. The authors suggeted that a specialized group to deal with infectious disease should be organized to strengthen such medical team.
