摘要
当地震等地质灾害发生后,灾害救援现场对毁损肢体进行截肢手术,在挽救患者的生命过程中非常重要。但骨科器械等因体积较大在野外应用中受限。本文在进行文献回顾、典型案例分析、专家磋商及结合智能机器人野外工作经验,研制便于救援人员在野外展开的“灾害现场野外截肢手术箱”,该手术箱由基本生命支持模块、手术器械模块和物资耗材保障模块组成,利于增强灾害现场救援能力,扩大救治范围,挽救更多生命。
Sometimes amputation of the mangled limbs crushed under the debris of disaster, such as earthquake, is obligatory to save the life of the victims. However, large orthopedic surgical instruments fail to be used in the field. Based on literature review, analysis of typical cases, expert consultation, and field work with intelligent robots, the authors have developped a kind of field operation box for amputation on disaster scene. The box is composed of 3 modules: basic life upport model, surgical instrument model, and consumer goods and materials guarantee model.
