缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗老年高血压肾病90例临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗老年高血压肾病的效果及对血压和肾功能影响。方法:选择180例老年高血压肾病患者,分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗,比较两组治疗后的疗效及对血压和肾功能的影响。结果:观察组治疗后恢复效果明显优于对照(P<0.05),观察组治疗后血压明显低于于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后肾功能明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗老年高血压肾病疗效较好,能有效降低血压和改善肾功能,值得临床推广运用。
