摘要
根据大连第二轮线网规划,探讨目前线网规划技术中三大热点问题,"面-点-线"规划新内涵、规划时序争议、市域与市区网融合模式的争议。认为在当前形势下,"面-点-线"规划思路中,"面"不仅包括线网规模,更强调"层次";"点"也不局限在大型客流集散点,还包括各种功能区;"线"也不仅包括空间上的道路走廊,还应强调各"点"时间上的联系。针对规划时序,建议采用先远期后远景然后回归远期的规划思路;针对市域网和市区网的融合,建议采用枢纽和多点多线外围切向衔接模式,利用城市轨网及公交网完成市域线的集疏散,慎用穿越中心城模式。
Based on the second round planning of Dalian urban rail transit network,three hot issues of the network planning are discussed. The first one is the planning idea of "Area-Point-Line",the authors point out that the "Area"includes not only the network scale but also the level of the network,"Point"is not limited in large passenger hubs but also including various functional areas,and"Line"should emphasize the connection of different"points"in terms of time except the road corridor in cities. The second one is about the planning sequence. The planning mode of"long term plan"-"prospective plan"-"long term plan"is highly recommended. The third one is the integration of regional network in suburb and urban network in city center. The hub connection modeand multi-point,multiline peripheral tangential connection mode are suggested. We can use urban rail network and bus network to deal with the agglomeration and evacuation of regional lines. The mode of crossing the city center should be carefully adopted.
