岗位安全资格认证工作实践——以国网新源公司为例

A Study on Job Safety Certification——Practices in State Grid Xinyuan Company Ltd.

为了进一步加强安全生产,国网新源公司开展生产人员岗位安全资格认证工作,按照前期准备、先行试点、总结改进、逐步推广等四个步骤进行,认证工作统一部署,分工合作,研究制定岗位安全资格认证制度,编制认证题库,采取"1+X"考评形式,通过资格认证工作的开展,员工的安全知识和技能普遍得到提升,公司安全管理水平进一步提高。

State Grid Xinyuan Company Ltd. launched a job safety certification program for staff, which was administered in four steps： making plan, carrying out trials, summing up experience for improvement and rolling out gradually. An overall plan was developed and work was shared out to study and formulate a job safety certification system and build a question bank. As a result of the certification initiative, there have been improvements in employees＇ safety knowledge and skills in general and a further improvement in the company＇ s management.
