摘要
为了进一步加强安全生产,国网新源公司开展生产人员岗位安全资格认证工作,按照前期准备、先行试点、总结改进、逐步推广等四个步骤进行,认证工作统一部署,分工合作,研究制定岗位安全资格认证制度,编制认证题库,采取"1+X"考评形式,通过资格认证工作的开展,员工的安全知识和技能普遍得到提升,公司安全管理水平进一步提高。
State Grid Xinyuan Company Ltd. launched a job safety certification program for staff, which was administered in four steps: making plan, carrying out trials, summing up experience for improvement and rolling out gradually. An overall plan was developed and work was shared out to study and formulate a job safety certification system and build a question bank. As a result of the certification initiative, there have been improvements in employees' safety knowledge and skills in general and a further improvement in the company' s management.
