摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二甲氨基乙醇为原料 ,有机锡化合物为催化剂 ,吩噻嗪为阻聚剂 ,采用酯交换法合成了甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯。确定了合成的最佳工艺 ,即甲基丙烯酸甲酯与二甲氨基乙醇的量比为 2 2∶1 0 ,催化剂用量为反应液总质量的 1 2 % ,阻聚剂用量为反应液总质量的 0 2 % ,反应温度为体系回流温度 ,在此条件下 ,产率达 96 %以上。
N,N Dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate was synthesized by transesterification of methyl methacrylate and N,N dimethylethanolamine with organic tin compound as catalyst and phenothiazine as inhibitor.The optimum reaction conditions were determined that the molar ratio of methyl methacrylate to N,N dimethylethanolamine was 2 2∶1 0,the amount of catalyst was 1 2%,and the amount of inhibitor was 0 2% (both based on the total mass of reaction mixture).Under these conditions,the yield of N,N dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate was over 96%.
