摘要
教师敬业度管理是高校人力资源管理与开发的重要环节。高校教师敬业度决定其工作效率及质量,进而决定区域学校的教学和科研质量,最后将决定区域高校的整体建设及未来发展。因此高度重视并进行科学合理的教师敬业度评价及管理,将是高校未来的管理工作重点,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
The teacher engagement management is an important part of the development and management of human resources in universities. University teacher engagement plays a significant role in its work efficiency and quality, and then decides the quality of teaching and research of regional schools. Finally it will influence the whole construction of regional colleges and universities and the future development. Therefore to attach great importance to and to conduct scientific and rational evaluation of teacher engagement and management will be the key to the future of management of colleges and universities, and it is of important theoretical and realistic significance.
