专利权价值创造机理与路径研究

Research on the Mechanism and Path of Value Creation by Patent

专利权是企业最为重要的知识产权,是经济增长和企业可持续发展的利器。为了揭示专利价值创造的"黑箱",笔者从专利权价值创造的影响因素、专利权价值创造机理和路径方面进行了论述。专利权为企业创造的价值主要分为三种:战略价值、财务价值和市场价值。文章分析了每一种价值的作用机理与路径,认为这三种价值创造过程是相互影响、相互作用的,最终导致专利的价值创造能力呈现出一种螺旋上升的态势。

Patent is the most important intellectual property,has become a tool for economic growth and sustainable development of enterprises.In order to reveal the 'black box' of patent value creation,this paper discusses the influence factors,mechanism and path of the value creation of the patent.Value created by patent is divided into three categories:strategic value,financial value and market value.This paper analyses the mechanism and path of each kind of value,concluding that these three kinds of value creation process are mutual influence and interaction,eventually leading to the value creation ability of patent shows an upward spiral situation.
