雷火灸合并加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛60例

Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with gabapentin in the treatment of 60 postherpetic neuralgia cases

目的观察雷火灸合并加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法 60例PHN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组施以雷火灸合并加巴喷丁治疗;对照组采用口服加巴喷丁治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组痊愈率73%(22/30),总有效率97%(29/30),对照组痊愈率47%(14/30),总有效率90%(27/30)。两组痊愈率比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.44,P<0.05);两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.07,P>0.05)。结论雷火灸合并加巴喷丁治疗PHN疗效显著,有推广价值。

Objective To observe clinical effect by thunder-fire moxibustion combined with gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia（PHN）. Methods A total of 60 PHN patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received thunderfire moxibustion combined with gabapentin for treatment, and the control group received gabapentin by oral administration. Curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment group had cure rate as 73%（22/30） and total effective rate as 97%（29/30）, and those in the control group were respectively 47%（14/30） and 90%（27/30）. The difference of cure rate between the two groups had statistical significance（χ2=4.44, P〈0.05）, and their difference of total effective rate had no statistical significance（χ2=1.07, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of thunder-fire moxibustion and gabapentin provides precise effect in treating PHN, and it contains promotion value.
