腹腔镜胆囊切除术230例全程优质护理

The whole course high quality nursing care in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 230 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的全程优质护理方法及效果。方法:将460例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各230例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组指标时间及护理质量、护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理可提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的满意度,缓解不良情绪,促进患者康复。

Objective： To explore the methods and effect of the whole course high quality nursing care in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： 460 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（ 230 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided the whole course high quality nursing care,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of quality of nursing care,satisfaction of nursing care and the scores of SAS and SDS of the patients between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of the whole course high quality nursing care can improve the satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,ease the negative emotions and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
