图文临床护理路径对难治性青光眼术后患者康复的影响

Effect of illustration of CNP on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with refractory glaucoma

目的：探讨图文临床护理路径对难治性青光眼术后患者康复的影响。方法：选取2014年2~8月在我院就诊的80例难治性青光眼手术患者作为对照组,另选取同期80例难治性青光眼手术患者作为实验组。对照组患者采用常规的护理和健康教育方法,实验组采用图文临床护理路径对患者进行护理和健康教育。比较两组患者出院前对健康知识掌握情况、术后生存质量以及对护理工作的满意度。结果：至出院前,实验组患者在健康知识考量得分、生存质量调查结果（症状与视功能、身体机能、精神心理）以及患者满意度等方面与对照组患者比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：图文临床护理路径能提高患者健康知识、生活质量和满意度,对难治性青光眼术后康复成效显著。

Objective： To investigate the effect of illustration of clinical nursing pathway（ CNP） on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with refractory glaucoma. Methods： 160 patients with refractory glaucoma surgery in our hospital from Feb. to Jul. 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（ 80 cases in each group）. The routine nursing and health education methods were used in the control group and the illustration of CNP was adopted in the experimental group. The understanding on health knowledge,postoperative life quality of the patients and satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups before discharge. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the understanding on health knowledge,postoperative life quality of the patients and satisfaction rate of nursing care between the two groups before discharge（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The illustration of CNP can improve the health knowledge,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with refractory glaucoma surgery.
