摘要 介绍了疲劳和声发射的概念,详细综述了金属材料在疲劳和腐蚀疲劳过程中的声发射信号特征与声发射源机制,全面分析了疲劳过程中声发射信号的影响因素(应力比、加载频率、微观组织)并基于声发射信号对剩余疲劳寿命进行预测,同时指出了研究现状和存在的问题,并探讨了进一步研究的方向和思路。 The concepts of fatigue and acoustic emission (AE) were introduced, including metal material' s AE signal characteristics and AE source mechanisms in both fatigue and corrosion fatigue process. Through an- alyzing the influential factors ( stress ratio, load frequency, microstrueture) of AE signals in the fatigue and predicting the residual fatigue life based on AE, the current research and problems existed were presented, in- cluding later research direction.
