摘要
按照NB/T 47014-2011标准,对09Mn Ni DR钢焊接接头进行了理化检测,分析了焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,该钢焊接接头金相组织为铁素体+珠光体,焊接接头强度、低温冲击韧性满足设计文件及相关标准要求。
Basing on the NB/T 47014-2011 Standard,both physical and chemical examination of 09MnNiDR welding joints were implemented to analyze the mierostrueture and mechanical properties of these welding joints. The results Show that, the microstrueture of the welding joint boasts ferrite plus pearlite, and the weld- ing joint＇ s strength and low-temperature impact toughness can meet requirements of both design documents and related standards.
