工业企业自主创新能力分析

Analysis of Industrial Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability

工业企业是支撑国民经济发展的重要基础,建设创新型国家的关键在于工业企业是否成为创新的主体。工业企业自主创新能力的提高对于实现创新驱动发展具有决定性的作用。本研究基于对工业企业创新能力内涵的剖析,建立了衡量工业企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,并对我国工业企业自主创新能力和创新效率的发展进行实证研究,分析了制约我国工业企业自主创新能力提高的不利因素和制度障碍,并提出提高我国工业企业自主创新能力的政策建议。

Industrial enterprises are the important foundation to support the development of the national economy,and whether the industrial enterprises become the main body of innovation is the key factor to build an innovative country.The improvement of independent innovation ability of industrial enterprises plays an important role in the innovation driven development.Based on the analysis of the connotation of innovation capability,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises,and analyzes the negative factors and institutional barriers that restrict the development of independent innovation ability of industrial enterprises in China.At last,some suggestions on improving the independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises are put forward.
