兰州市高校学生志愿者肺结核病防治知识知晓率调查

Survey of awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge in volunteer students from four colleges in Lanzhou City

目的了解甘肃省兰州市4所高校学生志愿者结核病防治知识知晓情况,为有效实施高校志愿者结核病防治知识传播行动提供参考依据。方法采用系统抽样法抽取兰州大学、甘肃师范大学知行学院、甘肃省农业职业技术学院、甘肃中医学院学生志愿者804人进行问卷调查,内容包括学生基本情况、结核病防治知识知晓情况以及学生了解结核病防治知识的主要途径等。结果学生志愿者男生516人、女生288人,平均年龄(20±2.3)岁,农村学生639人、城镇学生165人;通过折页、张贴画、网络和同学交流是4所高校志愿者获取结核病防治知识的主要途径,高校志愿者对5条结核病防治核心知识总知晓率为71.57%,各校间知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.65,P<0.01),甘肃中医学院学生志愿者对结核病防治核心知识知晓率最高。结论兰州市4所高校学生志愿者结核病防治核心知识知晓水平不高,应在网络、发放平面宣传材料的基础上扩展更多的宣传形式,加强学校结核病防治知识的宣传力度。

Objective To understand awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge of volunteer students from 4 collegs in Lanzhou city, to provide evidence for fully carrying out the action of tuberculosis knowledge propaganda in university of Gansu province. Methods Systematic sampling was taken to sample 804 college students from 4 universities to develop questionnaires of tuberculosis control, including basic information, awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge and main ways of knowing tuberculosis knowledge, etc. Results There were 516 male college students, 288 female students investigated,with the average age of 20±2.3 year-old, and 639 from rural area, 165 from urban area. Main ways of knowing tuberculosis knowledge were internet propaganda, folders and pictures propaganda. Total awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge was71.57%. There was significant difference among the four colleges（χ2=10.65, P〈0.01）, with the highest awareness rate in vo-lunteer students from Gansu Chinese Medicine College. Conclusions Generally, the awareness rate of tuberculosis know-ledge of volunteer students is still low in the four colleges in Lanzhou City. Many propaganda ways should be developed by internet, delivering propaganda materials, and so on, to strengthen propaganda of tuberculosis knowledge in universities.
