摘要
为了研究稀土元素Ce对铝合金显微组织和性能的影响,借助于光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电化学工作站等手段,分析了铝合金中添加稀土元素Ce后的行为。结果表明,Ce加入工业纯铝中使晶粒细化,晶界析出物增多,同时开路电位负移,点蚀敏感性下降。添加W(Ce)=0.03%的铝合金相比于添加W(Zn)=0.3%的铝合金,开路电位负移效果相近,但腐蚀速度明显下降,使稀土铝合金比Al-Zn合金更具有牺牲阳极效应。
Effect of rare earth element Ce on microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy is investigated by means of optical microscope, SEM and elec- trochemical workstation. The results indicate that adding rare earth element Ce leads to refined grains and more precipitation at grain boundaries. Mean- while, potential shifts negatively but pitting susceptibility decreases. When W (Ce) = 0.03%, corrosion speed is lowered, but the effect of potential shift is the same compared with aluminum alloy with W (Zn) =0.3%. As a result, rare earth aluminum alloy has a more suitable sacrificial anode than A1 - Zn alloy.
