摘要
教育出口已经成为国际服务贸易的新兴方式,是我国新的出口增长点。孔子学院作为汉语言文化推广和传播机构,已经成为推动我国教育出口贸易发展的重要力量。本文研究孔子学院对我国教育出口的影响,利用贸易引力模型,通过面板数据分析,得到贸易伙伴国孔子学院数量与中国教育出口呈显著正向关系,并进一步分析得出在英美法系、贸易往来越多的国家孔子学院对我国教育出口的影响越显著。由此,若想改变我国教育服务贸易发展长期逆差的不利地位,除了要高度重视留学生教育服务产业,塑造核心竞争力等,大力促进孔子学院的建立和发展,是有效途径之一。
Education export has become a new way trade and it is as a Chinese a new spot to language and increase China's export. of international service The Confucius Institute, culture promotion and publicity setup, possesses unique competitive advantages, and has become an important force to promote China's education export. This paper uses trade Gravity model to inspect the im- pact of the Confucius Institute on China's education export. The panel data analy- sis concludes that the number of Confucius Institutes in China's trading partners has a positive relationship with China's education export to these countries, and the Confucius Institutes in countries of the Anglo American law system and in the major trading partners have more significant effects on China's education ex- port. As a conclusion, to reverse the long- term deficit of China's educational service trade, in addition to promoting foreign students education and seeking more core cultural competitiveness, the vigorous establishment and development of Confucius Institutes overseas is an effective approach.
