摘要
现有轧辊大多由金属辊体外包橡胶层组成。此橡胶层分为3-5层,传统包覆方法存在很多缺点,既费时费力,又容易损伤辊筒体轴头及中心孔,包胶质量也不稳定。为此,设计了全新的气动辊筒成型包胶机,它采用由减速机驱动的上压辊降下后,压住胶面,靠摩擦力带动辊筒体来完成包胶动作,并解决了气缸同时起举等难点。实践证明,此包胶机完全满足了生产工艺需求,达到了预期效果。
Existing roller almost consists of meltal roller body covered with rubber layer externally. Normally the rubber layer consists of 3-5 coats. For traditional wrapping method, there are lots defects, wastes longer time and labour, it is easy to damage shaft head of the body and centering hole, wrapped quality is unstable. The new design adopts all new pneumatic operated roller building/wrapping machine, driven by gear reducer for upper press roll, stitches the rubber surface, the wrapping operation was compeletd by fraction force driving roller body, this could solve the problem of cylinder rising at the same time. By practice proved that the wrapping machine can meet the production requirement and reaches the prespected result.
