摘要
目的探讨护士(医生)工作站危急值图标闪烁提醒和弹窗全屏置顶两种不同告警方式对于住院患者危急值响应时间影响,优化危急值报告流程。方法采集某院分别使用图标闪烁和弹窗置顶两种危急值告警方式各一个月危急值报告记录,计算危急值临床响应时间,采用独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果采用弹窗全屏置顶方式告警临床平均响应时间为7.97±6.65分钟,采用图标闪烁提醒方式平均响应时间为10.65±9.77分钟,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论基于医院信息系统的危急值报告流程采用弹窗全屏置顶方式能够缩短平均响应时间,提高接收及时性,保障患者安全。
Objective To discuss the effect of two different alarm ways（icon flash to remind and pop-up full screen placed at the top）of critical value in nurse（doctor） workstation on response time of inpatients, optimize the critical value reporting process. Methods Collecting critical value report records of two ways each one month,calculating the clinical response time, using independent sample test for statistical analysis. Results Using pop-up full screen placed at the top way alarm clinical average response time is 7.97 ＋ 6.65 minutes, using icon flash to remind way alarm clinical average response time is 10.65±9.77 minutes, P0.05, has statistical significance.Conclusion Critical value reporting process based on hospital information system using pop-up full screen placed at the top to shorten the average response time, improve the receiving timely, to ensure the safety of patients.
