北京地区某医院骨科住院医疗绩效分析

Medical Performance Analysis for Orthopedics in a Hospital at Beijing Area

目的研究某医院骨科相关科室的DRGs绩效指标,为临床重点专科发展提供建议。方法以BJ-DRGs(2014版)为分组方式,应用CMI、DRGs组数、费用消耗指数、时间消耗指数、低风险组死亡率对该医院骨科进行分析。结果研究医院2015年1-6月骨科的CMI为1.25,DRG组数为77组,费用消耗指数为1.18,时间消耗指数为0.79,低风险组死亡率为0.08%。结论研究医院能够收治大部分骨科疾病,而收治病例的平均难度处于重点专科医院的中低水平,时间消耗指数较低,但费用消耗指数中等。

Objective To analyze DRG indicators of orthopedics relevant sections in research hospital, discover the advantages and disadvantages to provide recommendations for the development of clinical key specialty. Methods Analyzing patients discharged from the hospital using case-mixindex（CMI）, DRGs number, time-consuming index,cost-consuming index, mortality rate of low-risk group, according to BJ-DRGs（2014 Edition） packet mode.Results DRGs indicators of research hospital in 1-6 months of 2015,CMI is 1.25,DRGs number is 77,costconsuming index is 1.18,time-consuming index is 0.79,mortality rate of low-risk group is 0.08%. Conclusion The research hospital admitted to the vast majority of diseases of the orthopedics. The average degree of difficulty in low and middle level of specialized hospital.The time-consuming index is lower,but the cost-consuming index is higher.
