摘要
目的探讨三种不同高度的分诊台及座椅对门诊护士及患者舒适度和满意度的影响,为患者提供温馨和谐的护患沟通平台,以及为提高护患双方的舒适度和满意度提供科学依据。方法对某院门诊分诊护士和患者随机发放调查问卷,内容包括门诊分诊过程中,护患双方对护士接待患者时采用的三种分诊姿势(低坐姿:分诊台桌高80cm,座椅60cm;高坐姿:桌高90cm,座椅70cm;站姿:桌高95cm),所造成的护患沟通的心理感受、视觉感受,及护士自身姿势的舒适度及计算机操作的方便性感受。以人数表示调查因素的结果,并进行统计分析。结果采用自行设计问卷随机调查2014年就诊的609例患者及门诊36名分诊护士,统计分析结果显示对分诊护士的站姿分诊感到满意的护患两者均显著高于低坐姿或高坐姿,P<0.05;对站姿感到满意且便于操作的护士比例显著高于低坐姿或高坐姿。结论站姿分诊接诊患者能改善护患双方的舒适度和满意度,具有潜在的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of triage station and seat of three different levels on the comfort and satisfaction of clinical patients and triage nurses, in order to perform a warm and harmonious communicating atmosphere between the patients and nurses, and improve the comfort and satisfaction of both the clinical patients and triage nurses. Methods Questionnaires were stochastically distributed to the clinical patients and triage nurses in our out-patient clinic, including the mental feelings and visual perception of both the patients and triage nurses when the triage nurses separating the patients with triage station and seat of three different levels(low sitting posture with the triage station 80 cm and seat 60 cm, high sitting posture with the triage station 90 cm and seat 70 cm and standing posture with the triage station 95cm), and the comfort of the posture and conveniences to computer operation for the triage nurses. Results 609 patients visited in 2014 and 36 triage nurses were surveyed with our self-designed questionnaires. The results demonstrated that more patients and triage nurses were satisfied with triage by standing posture than low or high sitting posture, P〈0.05 respectively;Compared with low or high sitting posture, more triage nurses felt convenient to operate the computer. Conclusion Triage by the standing posture could improve the comfort and satisfaction of both the clinical patients and triage nurses, have the potential worth of utilization and generalization.
