摘要
目的探讨Seminar教学法在风湿免疫科临床教学中应用效果。方法选择临床见习的28名七年制研究生,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用Seminar教学法,对照组采用传统的教学法。临床见习后以理论考试和问卷调查进行评价。结果实验组理论考试成绩明显高于对照组(94.5±3.2 vs 85.6±3.7,P<0.05)。问卷调查在培养自学能力、提高学习兴趣、明确学习目的、改善学习气氛、培养临床思维能力、提高科研创新能力、培养表达沟通能力、提高综合分析能力及培养独立思维能力方面较对照组有明显差异(分别为9.1±1.3vs8.1±1.6,9.1±0.8vs6.2±0.9,9.5±1.2vs7.1±1.3,9.6±1.1vs7.8±1.4,9.7±0.9vs6.2±1.6,8.3±0.7vs6.7±1.2,9.1±0.4vs5.4±0.8,9.2±0.7vs6.4±1.1,9.5±1.6,5.3±1.1,均P<0.05)。结论 seminar教学法能调动学生主动探索和学习知识的能力,对风湿性疾病的理解及提高综合素质的培养等方面都具有促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of seminar method in clinical teaching of department of rheumatology. Methods A total of 28 clinical medical students were randomly divided into two equal groups:Test group with seminar teaching method and control group with traditional teaching method. They were evaluated by scores of theoretic test and survey. Results Scores of theoretic test in test group were significantly higher than those in control group(94.5±3.2vs85.6±3.7,P〈0.05). There were significant differences in scores of survey between two groups(9.1±1.3vs8.1±1.6,9.1±0.8vs6.2±0.9,9.5±1.2vs7.1±1.3,9.6±1.1vs7.8±1.4,9.7±0.9vs6.2±1.6,8.3±0.7vs6.7±1.2,9.1±0.4vs5.4±0.8,9.2±0.7vs6.4±1.1,9.5±1.6vs5.3±1.1,all P〈0.05).Conclusions Seminar teaching method could effectively improve student learning initiatives and teaching effect, and is worth further exploration.
