On Determination of the Relationship between the Driver and the Passenger in Traffic Accidents

在交通事故中,一些肇事者为了逃避打击和承担经济赔偿,想方设法规避责任。因此,对当事人而言,肇事驾驶人以及事故的责任认定显得尤为重要。笔者以一起交通事故中人员驾乘关系的确定为例,指出通过综合应用物证鉴定技术,能够准确认定涉案车辆的驾驶人,从而为交通事故责任认定和司法诉讼提供有力的证据支持。

When traffic accidents happen, the perpetrators find ways and means to avoid punishment and paying compensation. Thus, it is important to identify the burden of accident and recognize the responsibility of the driver. Based on a comprehensive application of forensic technology to identify the relationship between the driver and the passenger, we ought to determine the person who was responsible for the accident and provide evidence for the treatment and judicial proceedings.
