摘要
[目的]认识和探讨电针在脊髓神经干细胞损伤治疗领域的相关研究。[方法]应用计算机检索Pub Med数据库2000年1月至2015年4月期间的有关神经干细胞和增殖、分化关系的文献,检索词为"EA,neural stem cell",限定文章语种为"English";同时应用计算机检索中国知网数据库2000年1月至2015年4月期间相关文献,检索词为"电针""神经干细胞",限定语种为中文。手工检索:《Nature》《针刺研究》。对检索到的电针对神经干细胞修复脊髓损伤的相关信息进行整理,从神经干细胞的特性、脊髓损伤后神经干细胞的自我修复以及电针对神经干细胞的影响这几个方面选取针对性较强的文献,排除重复性研究、meta分析。[结果]共检索47篇,符合纳入标准23篇。脊髓损伤后的修复是个复杂的机制,神经干细胞的提出改变了人们对中枢神经再生的认识,其具有多向分化潜能和迁移能力。神经干细胞能够分化为神经元、少突胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞,其增殖分化的方向受到多种因素的调节,而电针可以诱导其分化进而修复脊髓损伤。[结论]电针在诱导内源性神经干细胞增殖和分化方面具有其独特优势,有广阔的临床前景。但其具体诱导、分化机制尚未阐明,仍需大量研究。
[Objective]To understand and explore the related research of electro-acupuncture in the field of injury spinal cord neural stem cell therapy.[Method]The computer-based online search of Pubmeddirect databases between January 2000 and April 2015 were undertaken to identify English literatures by using the key words of"EA,neural stem cells". Meanwhile, relevant Chinese articles between January 2000 and April 2015 were searched in CNKI database with the key words of "EA,neural stem cell".Manual search:"Nature","Acupuncture research". The retrieved articles from these aspects of the character of neural stem cell,neural stem cell repairing itself after spinal cord injury, EA promoting neural stem cell proliferation to repair was sorted out and the focused literatures were selected, repetitive researches and Meta analysis were depleted.[Result]Totally 47 articles were collected, and 23 met the inclusivecriteria. Repair of the after-loss spinal cord was a complex mechanism, and the proposition of the neural stem cells changed our understanding of the central nervous system regeneration, which had multi-directional differentiation potential and the migration ability. Neural stem cells can differentiate neurons, oligodendrocytes, astrocytes, the direction of its proliferation and differentiation regulated by a variety of factors, and EA can induce differentiation and then repair the spinal cord injury. [Conclusion]EA has its unique advantages in the induction of proliferation and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells, and it can be effective for clinical application. But the specific mechanism about its induced differentiation has not been clarified, still needing a large number of researches.
