Experience of Professor Zhu Guting on Treating Cough

[目的]阐述朱古亭教授对咳嗽的辨证论治独到的见解与临床组方的用药特点,为临床诊治咳嗽提供思路,指导临床实践。[方法]通过对朱古亭教授运用中医药治疗咳嗽的理论和案例进行分析,总结其遣方用药的规律。[结果]朱古亭教授运用中医药治疗咳嗽常兼顾脾胃,用药之药味少而精、药量轻,常用的方剂有桑菊饮、止嗽散、二陈汤、香砂六君丸等,加减灵活,化裁得当,每遇有兼夹之复杂证候亦能抽丝剥茧,起沉苛顽疾,所举案例均取得良好效果。[结论]朱古亭教授师古而不泥古,平常中见神奇,运用中医药治疗咳嗽疗效显著,值得学习。

[Objective]Describe the opinion of Professor Zhu Guting on syndrome differentiation and treatment of cough and the prescription feature on clinical compatibility to guide the clinical work. [Methods]Analyse the theory and cases of cough that professor Guting treated with traditional Chinese medicine.[results] The accurate syndrome differentiation, precise prescriptions, clinically flexible in clinical using medicine is the feature of treating cough that Professor Guting used with traditional Chinese medicine. He often uses anti-cough Powder, Mulberry Leaf and Chrysanthemum Decoction, Two-Cured Herb Decoction and so on.[Conclusion] The curative effect of cough is significant that Professor Guting used traditional Chinese medicine.
