新安医家余国珮治痹验案2则

Xin'an Physician Yu Guopei's Two Cases of Rheumatism

[目的]研究新安医家余国珮《婺源余先生医案》中痹证验案2则,以期揭示余国珮痹证辨治方药特色。[方法]以《婺源余先生医案》中痹证验案2则为例,结合《内经》、《金匮要略》、《燥湿论》、《医理》等相关论述论著与余氏学术思想,阐释余氏痹证验案,综合分析其辨治方药特色。[结果]从《婺源余先生医案》中痹证2则验案可知余氏重视寒湿日久化热的病因病机,擅长养阴清热祛湿之法,扶正祛邪,顾护阴液,体现了余氏"燥湿为纲"学术思想。[结论]余氏临证治痹特色突出,后学若能结合经典和余氏论著对相关医案进行深入研究,则对中医痹证诊治思想有更深刻认识,拓展临证治痹思路,有助提高临床辨治痹证的能力。

[Objective] To study the Xin＇an doctor Yu Guopei ＂Wuyuan Mr Yu Basis＂ arthralgia, in order to reveal Yu Guopei of syndrome differentiation features. [Methods] With ＂Wuyuan Yu Basis＂ in the arthralgia case as an example, the combination of Neijing, the synopsis, ＂dry wet theory＂ and ＂medicine＂ and other related works and Yu＇s academic thought, it explains Yu＇s arthralgia case, with comprehensive analysis of the syndrome differentiation characteristics. [Results] From the Wuyuan Yu Basis ＂in the treatment of two cases that Yu ＇s attached great importance to the long cold dampness, heat of etiology and pathogenesis, was good at nourishing Yin of heat clearing damp, supporting, protecting Yin fluid, embodiing the Yu ＇s ＂dry wet as ＂academic thought. [Conclusion] Yu＇s clinical cure arthralgia features prominently, we should combine classical and Yu ＇s works to conduct the thorough research to the related basis, to have a more profound understanding of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thought, develop clinical cure arthralgia, help to improve the ability of the clinical syndrome differentiation treatment of it.
