茯苓在《金匮要略》中的配伍运用规律探析

Analysis of the Fu Ling' Compatibility and Application Rules in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

[目的]探析茯苓在《金匮要略》中配伍运用的规律,总结张仲景运用茯苓的指征,从而为临床中医学者拓宽思路,增强广大中医学者对茯苓作用的认识。[方法]运用数理学统计方法,对《金匮要略》方中茯苓及其与方中诸药的使用频次、用量配伍等情况进行分析。[结果]张仲景在《金匮要略》一书中使用茯苓共31次,涉及23方及方后加减,遍及12篇章。仲景用茯苓,常配伍甘草、桂枝、大枣、干姜、当归、白术、川芎、半夏、泽泻、猪苓、防己、丹皮等。通过对茯苓及其配伍用药的归纳和总结,得出茯苓可有利水消肿、健脾渗湿、宁心安神等作用,主要用于治疗虚烦失眠、奔豚病、痰饮、咳嗽、水气、妇科等疾病。[结论]《金匮要略》对茯苓及其组方使用指征有着清晰的脉络,后世医家将其运用于各种疾病,疗效显著。茯苓及其组成方药的药用价值极高,有待进一步将其研发成各种有效制剂,以提高茯苓在临床中的使用价值。

[Objective]To sum up the indications when Zhang Zhongjing using Fu Ling by analyzing the rules of the Fu Ling, compatibility and application thus letting clinical TCM scholars expand ideas and enhance the understanding of the effect of the Fu Ling.[Method]Analyzing the amount, compatibility and the frequency of the use of Fu Ling and the other herbs in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber by using mathematical statistics method thus knowing the Fu Ling compatibility and application rules in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.[Result]Fu Ling is used by totally 31 times.It refers to 23 prescriptions and their addition and subtraction.It also appears in 13 chapters in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Fu Ling is always combined with Gan Cao,Gui Zhi,Da Zao,Gan Jiang,Dang Gui,Bai Zhu,Chuan Xiong,Ban Xia,Ze Xie,Zhu Ling,Fang Ji,Dan Pi and so on by Zhongjing.By analyzing use of Fu Ling and its compatibility, we can conclude that Fu Ling can disperse swelling,fortify spleen and tranquilize the mind.It is mainly used for insomnia,renal mass diseases,phlegm and retained fluid,cough,water vapor,gynecological disease and so on.[Conclusion]The book named＂Synopsis of the Golden Chamber＂has a clear thinking about the indications when Zhang Zhongjing used Fu Ling and its composition.Many later doctors use Fu Ling to treat all kinds of diseases and get good effects.Fu Ling and its compositions have high medical value and we hope more colleagues can make more research and development on them to make more effective preparation to improve Fu Ling clinical value.
