改性沸石催化剂对油砂沥青的改质研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究通过对天然斜发沸石进行HC1酸洗脱调节硅铝比,再负载Ni金属氧化物,经焙烧改性得到了同时具有对油砂沥青催化减黏、降低硫氮含量等性能的新型催化剂Clin-c,将该催化剂应用于新疆油砂沥青(露天含砂开采)和加拿大油砂沥青(蒸汽辅助重力泄油技术开采,SAGD)的改质反应.油砂沥青具有高黏度(~30 000 cP,40℃)、高硫(0.56%~4.8%)、高氮(0.73%~2.38%)、高沥青质含量(34.64%)等特点.采用改性斜发沸石催化剂改质后,新疆油砂沥青剂油比1∶1,在340℃催化裂化反应30 min,减黏率超过80%,脱氮率在45%~52%之间,脱硫率高于75%,同时大量非烃被催化裂化为轻质油.并用此优异的催化剂对加拿大油砂沥青进行了改质研究,剂油比1∶10发现减黏率超过75%,脱氮率在10%~32%之间.结果表明,改性斜发沸石催化剂对油砂沥青具有很好的催化减黏、脱硫氮性能. Natural zeolite clinoptilolite (clin) shows high exterior surface area and good hydrothermal stability.In this study,Natural clinoptilolite was leached with HCl acid to adjuist the Si/Al ratio,and modified with NiOx supporting.The clin based catalysts were used for both Xinjiang surface mining oilsands bitumen and for Canadian SAGD oilsands bitumen upgrading.Oilsands bitumen posses high viscosity,high sulfur,high nitrogen and high asphaltene content.Under 340℃,30min,catalysts to bitumen mass ratio 1 ∶ 1 conditions,Xinjiang oilsands bitumen was upgraded to lower viscous products those viscosity reduction was up to 80%,and the nitrogen and sulfur content was reduced about 45%~52% and 75% re-spectively.Canadian oilsands bitumen was upgraded with the selected clin catalyst,and the viscosity reduction rate was up to 75%,the nitrogen content was decreased 10% ~32%.The result demonstrated that the modified clin catalysts performed well for oilsands bitumen upgrading.
