微创拔牙在上颌完全骨埋伏多生牙拔除术中的应用

Application of minimally invasive extraction in the maxillary bone supernumerary tooth extraction surgery

目的研究微创拔牙法拔除上颌骨内埋伏多生牙的临床效果。方法选择2013-2014年内蒙古医科大学第四附属医院口腔科就诊的183例上颌骨内埋伏多生牙患者,分别采用微创拔牙法（实验组n=119）和传统拔牙法（对照组n=64）拔除埋伏多生牙,然后对两组患者临床资料对比。结果实验组患者的手术时间、血压及心率变化、术后并发症、术后畏惧症发生率均低于对照组。术后患者满意度调查高于对照组。结论微创拔牙法安全、舒适、并发症少,对患者心理影响小。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive technique in the maxillary bone supernumerary tooth extraction surgery. Methods 183 patients with maxillary bone supernumerary tooth were selected in Inner Mongolia Medical University Fourth Affiliated Hospital Stomatology from 2013 to 2014, they were divided into the experimental group for 119 cases and the control group for 64 cases. The experimental group was treated minimally invasive technique, the control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction technique,and the clinical data were compared between the two groups. Results The surgery time, blood pressure, heart rate changes, postoperative complications and postoperative phobia of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group. The postoperative satisfaction was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The advantages of minimally invasive tooth extraction technique is safe, comfortable, few complications and little psychological impact.
