牙周内窥镜辅助牙周治疗研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 牙周病是发生在牙齿支持组织的慢性感染性疾病,主要临床症状为牙龈红肿萎缩、牙周袋形成、牙槽骨吸收、牙齿松动,是导致成年人牙齿丧失的主要原因之一。牙周病是细菌侵入、机体局部反应以及全身因素之间复杂的相互作用引起的。牙菌斑内细菌及其代谢产物是牙周病最主要的局部致病因素和始动因子,牙石为菌斑附着提供有利条件并妨碍口腔卫生维护。
