摘要
对房屋安全鉴定中鉴定标准的选用、目标使用年限、结构验算以及临时性建筑安全鉴定等方面存在的共性问题进行了分析,并提出处理建议,以供参考。
In this paper, several problems of building safety appraisal were analyzed, such as selecting appraisal standard, target working life, structural checking computation and safety appraisal of temporary building. Also the treatment suggestions presented for reference.
