卓越医师培养模式下床旁教学在内科学教学中的应用

Application of the Training Mode of the Excellent Doctor to the Bedside Teaching in the Department of Internal Medicine

延边大学临床学院内科学系从2014年起在五年制临床医学专业教学阶段开展了"卓越医师教育试点班",实施床旁教学改革方案,在6个内科学专科病房进行床旁教学,提高了学生的学习热情,学生的及格率和优秀率较此前提高。

To explore the role of bedside teaching in the department of internal medicine based on outstanding doctor training model in Yanbian University Medical College. Bedside teaching for the medical students was performed on five-year program within small groups in the wards. Study passion has been stimulated and the students got better. We received positive feedback and wide approval from the students and teachers.
