目的规范核医学科辐射防护措施,为科室安全管理提出建设性意见。方法对核医学科临床工作中的辐射防护措施进行规范化管理,制定完善的安全管理模式,以提高医技人员的防护意识。结果通过实施规范的辐射防护措施和完善的安全管理模式制度,规范了操作行为,有效减少了放射性辐射对工作人员的职业危害和公众照射。结论规范的辐射防护措施和完善的安全管理制度对提高核医学科工作人员的科室自我管理意识和工作安全满意度具有良好的促进作用。

Objective To standardize the radiation protection measures of nuclear medicine department, put forward the constructive suggestions for the safety management of the department. Methods Clinical nuclear medicine department of radiation protection measures were standardized summary, making a perfect safety management mode, to enhance the protection awareness of the medical personnel. Results Through the implementation of standard radiation protection measures and improve the safety management system, standardize the operation behavior, effectively reduce the occupational hazards and public exposure to radiation workers. Conclusion The standard radiation protection measures and perfect safety management system have a good effect on improving the self management consciousness and job satisfaction of the staff of nuclear medicine.
