摘要
目的探讨分析基层妇产科对宫颈癌知识认知现状和干预分析。方法从2014年5月~2015年5月设计问卷对基层130名妇产科医生进行宫颈癌相关知识问卷调查,了解基层妇产科医生宫颈癌相关知识知晓程度。对所有基层妇产科医生进行宫颈癌相关知识干预,干预后再次进行问卷调查,对比妇产科医生干预前后对宫颈癌相关知识了解程度。结果乡镇医院妇产科医生宫颈癌相关知识知晓率与县级医院医生相比较低,P〈0.05。本科及以上学历医生宫颈癌相关知识知晓率与本科以下学历相比较高,P〈0.05。中、高级职称医生宫颈癌相关知识知晓率与初级以下职称医生相比差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。干预后,妇产科医生对宫颈癌简便普查方法知晓率、对宫颈癌高危因素知晓率、对宫颈癌诊断三阶梯程序知晓率与干预前相比均较高,P〈0.05。干预后,医生对人乳头瘤病毒感染途径知晓率、对人乳头瘤病毒感染检测方法知晓率与干预前相比较高,P〈0.05。结论对基层妇产科医生进行宫颈癌知识培训干预,能有效提高医生宫颈癌相关知识认知水平,促进基层宫颈癌防治工作的展开。
Objective To investigate the analysis of the status quo and the intervention of the knowledge about cervical cancer in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 130 cases of cervical cancer associated with cervical cancer were investigated from May 2014 to May 2015. The intervention of cervical cancer knowledge and the intervention of the doctors in all the primary level women were investigated. Results The rate of knowledge about cervical cancer in the hospital of the township hospital was significantly lower than that of the county-level hospitals, P〈0.05. Bachelor degree or above, the rate of cervical cancer related knowledge was significantly higher than that of undergraduate education, P〉0.05. There were no significant differences in the knowledge of cervical cancer among middle and senior professional titles, P〉0.05. After the intervention, the rate of the awareness of cervical cancer, high risk factors of cervical cancer, and the rate of the diagnosis of cervical cancer were significantly higher than that before intervention, P〈0.05. After intervention, the awareness rate of the doctors on the infection of HPV infection and the detection method of HPV infection were significantly higher than those before intervention, P〈0.05. Conclusion The training of cervical cancer knowledge training can effectively improve the knowledge level of cervical cancer, and promote the development of cervical cancer prevention and control work.
