摘要
客观分析本院门诊采血工作现状及儿童静脉采血风险,提出门诊采血是构建和谐医患关系的重要岗位,合理安排人员及加强其技能培训是应对各种局面的有效措施。
To analyze the current situation and the risk of venous blood collection in our hospital, and to improve blood collection is an important position to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, reasonable arrangements for personnel and strengthen their skills training is an effective measure to deal with various situations.
