乳腺占位性病变患者78例的病理分析与B超检查的临床对比

Pathological Analysis of 78 Cases of Breast Lesions in Patients With Lesions of the Breast and the Clinical Comparison of B Ultrasound Examination

目的探讨乳腺占位性病变患者78例B超检查结果与病理分析的符合率。方法随机选取我院2012年2月～2014年2月收治的78例乳腺占位性病变患者,采用B超进行衬垫间接性探测,同时与正常的乳腺声像图进行由浅到深比较,观察B超检查与病理的符合率。结果B超检查结果与病理分析的结果的符合率为92.6%。结论对乳腺占位性病变78例患者进行B超检查,检查结果与病理分析结果的符合率较高。

Objective To investigate the coincidence rate of 78 cases of patients with breast lesions in patients with pathological analysis. Methods 78 patients with breast lesions who were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014, were randomly selected to detect the breast lesions, and used to detect the liner. Using B Ultrasonic to detect the liner, and the normal breast image from the shallow to deep comparison, observe the coincidence rate of B ultrasound examination and pathology. Results The coincidence rate of the results of B ultrasonic examination and pathological analysis was 92.6%. Conclusion 78 patients with breast lesions were examined by B ultrasound, and the results were consistent with the pathological analysis.
