微创美容切口在乳腺手术中的应用

Application of Minimally Invasive Surgery in Breast Surgery

目的探讨微创美容切口在乳腺脓肿手术中的应用。方法对2012年9月～2014年9月我院76例乳腺脓肿患者采用乳晕周围切口或乳房下皱襞切口进行脓肿切开引流。结果 76例患者经治疗后均痊愈出院。有1例患者复发再次入院,为出院后婴儿咬破乳头,经过再次切开引流、抗炎等处理后痊愈出院。1例患者因自身瘢痕体质,手术瘢痕明显,其余患者切口均较为隐蔽,乳房外观未见明显变形。结论乳腺脓肿患者采用微创美容切口,具有切口小而隐蔽,并发症少,手术创伤小,患者痛苦减轻,术后乳房外形无明显改变。

Objective To explore the application of minimally invasive incision in the treatment of breast abscess. Methods 76 cases of patients with breast abscess were chosen from September 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital. The line around the areola incision or breast fold incision of abscess, incision and drainage. Results 76 patients were cured and discharged after treatment. One patient recurred again admitted to the hospital, was discharged after the baby bite the nipple, after again incision and drainage, and anti-inflammatory treatment recovered and discharged from hospital. One patients due to their own scar constitution, surgical scar is obvious. the rest of the patient＇s breast has not seen obvious distortion. Conclusion The use of minimally invasive cosmetic incision in patients with breast abscess, with small incision and concealment, less complications, less trauma, patients suffering from pain, postoperative breast shape has no obvious change.
