摘要
目的分析血液灌流治疗急性肝功能衰竭的临床价值。方法选取2014年4月～2015年4月我院收治的急性肝功能衰竭患者,共80例,随机分为两组,即对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组运用血液灌流进行治疗,比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为85.00%,观察组为97.50%,对照组无效率为15.00%,观察组为2.50%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=17.627 6,P〈0.05）。结论血液灌流治疗急性肝功能衰竭,可有效减少不良反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of blood perfusion in the treatment of acute hepatic failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute liver failure treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was treated with blood perfusion, and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results In treatment group and control group total effective rate was 85.00%, the observation group was 97.50%, control group inefficiency is 15.00%, the observation group was 2.50%. Significant differences and statistical significance（χ2=17.627 6, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acute liver failure with blood perfusion can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
