融合与非融合技术治疗腰椎退变性疾病的对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析融合与非融合技术治疗腰椎退变性疾病的效果。方法将40例患者分为两组,A组为非融合组,B组为融合组。结果两组VAS评分均较术前降低(P<0.01),JOA评分升高(P<0.01);A组手术节段ROM较术前减少(P<0.01),上位节段ROM与术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 K-Rod动态稳定系统能减轻疼痛和功能障碍,达到固定和活动的良好平衡。 Objective To analyze the fusion and non fusion technology for the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease effect. Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups, group A group for the fusion, non-fusion with group B. Results The two groups of VAS score were lower(P〈0.01), the JOA score was higher(P〈0.01), the ROM group was significantly lower(P〈0.01), and there was no significant difference between ROM and A(P〉0.05). Conclusion K-Rod dynamic stabilization system can relieve pain and dysfunction, good balance of fixed and movable.
