消化性溃疡并上消化道出血采用奥美拉唑治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Omeprazole in Treating Peptic Ulcer and Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的分析消化性溃疡并上消化道出血采用奥美拉唑治疗的效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2015年2月收治的消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组使用奥美拉唑治疗,对照组采用西咪替丁治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96%,对照组治疗有效率为66%。结论消化性溃疡并上消化道出血采用奥美拉唑治疗的效果较好。

Objective To analysis of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with omeprazole effect. Methods 100 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding were chosen as the research object from February 2013 to February 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, observation group treated with omeprazole, the control group treated with cimetidine, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The observation group the treatment effective rate was 96%, the control group treatment effective rate was 66%. Conclusion The peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with omeprazole effect is remarkable.
