鼻内镜手术联合鼻腔冲洗液治疗鼻窦炎疗效评价与分析

Evaluation and Analysis of the Efficacy of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Combined With Nasal Lavage Fluid in the Treatment of Sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内镜手术联合鼻腔冲洗液治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法收集100例鼻窦炎患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组患者50例。两组患者均使用鼻内镜手术治疗。对照组患者在此基础上使用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔,观察组患者使用生理盐水联合地塞米松冲洗鼻腔。结果观察组患者术后治疗效果高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在对鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜手术后对患者进行生理盐水以及地塞米松进行鼻腔的冲洗能够提升患者的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with nasal lavage fluid in the treatment of sinusitis. Methods 100 patients with sinusitis were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. On the basis of the control group, the patients were treated with normal saline, and the observation group was treated with saline and dexamethasone. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of sinusitis patients with nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with saline and dexamethasone in the form of nasal irrigation can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients.
