米索前列醇联合葡萄糖酸钙预防剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

Efficacy of Misoprostol Combined With Calcium Gluconate Prevent Cesarean Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察米索前列醇联合葡萄糖酸钙预防剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年6月～2015年6月本院收治有剖宫产指证足月妊娠产妇238例临床资料,按照治疗时所用方法分组,对照组115例产妇分娩胎儿后舌下含服米索前列醇,研究组123例产妇在对照组基础上切皮前30 min静注10 ml葡萄糖酸钙,比较两组产妇术后出血量及生命指标。结果研究组产妇术中、术后2 h、24 h出血量均少于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米索前列醇联合葡萄糖酸钙预防剖宫产产后出血的疗效良好。

Objective Observation of misoprostol combined with calcium gluconate prevent cesarean postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Retrospectively selected cesarean section refers to full-term pregnancy, maternal clinical data of 238 cases of evidence in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015, divided into study group and control group according to the therapy. Control group 115 cases with sublingual misoprostol for postpartum, study group 123 cases with 10 ml intravenous calcium gluconate at 30 min before skin incision on the basis of the control group. Results In study group, postoperative 2 h, 24 h bleeding volume less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with calcium gluconate prevent cesarean postpartum hemorrhage has a good therapeutic effect.
