摘要
目的观察综合护理干预在子宫肌瘤切除术中的临床效果。方法随机将90例行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者平均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组行综合护理干预,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组术后疼痛指数、下床时间和住院时间等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于子宫肌瘤切除术可缩短患者住院时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of targeted nursing intervention in uterine fibroids operation. Methods 90 cases with uterine fibroids resection patients were averaged into two groups. The control group had conventional perioperative care, and the observation group used perioperative care measures. Compared clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The pain scores, hospital stay and get out of bed time of observation group were significantly better than the controlgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of nursing intervention in uterine fibroids is ideal.
