对事业单位退休人员脂肪肝患者施行饮食护理的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Implementation of Dietary Nursing for the Patients With Fatty Liver in the Patients With the Cause of the Disease

目的研究对事业单位退休人员脂肪肝患者施行饮食护理的临床效果。方法对事业单位退休人员脂肪肝患者进行饮食的护理指导、烹饪的护理指导、中医饮食护理指导和在饮食护理中辅以心理护理,并观察效果。结果护理干预后事业单位退休人员脂肪TG(三酰甘油)(1.67±0.70);TC(总胆固醇)(5.00±1.00);LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平(1.44±0.50);HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白固醇)水平为(2.66±1.00)均有所改善。结论事业单位退休人员脂肪肝患者施行饮食护理有很好的效果,能够改善一些检测指标也能改善其生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of dietary nursing on the patients with fatty liver in the patients with fatty liver. Methods The nursing guidance, nursing guidance, dietary nursing guidance and psychological nursing of the patients with fatty liver in the patients with fatty liver were observed. Results After nursing intervention institutions retired personnel adipose TG（triglyceride）（1.67±0.70）, TC（total cholesterol）（5.00±1.00）, the level of LDL-C（low density lipoprotein cholesterol）（1.44±0.50）, the level of HDL-C（high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was（2.66±1.00） were improved. Conclusion The results of the dietary nursing of the patients with fatty liver in the institutions of the public institutions can improve the quality of life.
