摘要
目的研究人性化护理对急性心肌梗塞患者急性期心理状态的影响。方法将200例急性心肌梗塞急性期患者随机分组,护理组I患者给予常规性护理,护理组II患者给予人性化护理。对比两组患者护理前后SAS评分、SDS评分。结果护理后护理组II患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于护理组I,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效改善急性心肌梗塞患者急性期焦虑、抑郁心理。
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing on acute myocardial infarction in patients with acute mental state. Methods 200 patients, group I was treated with regular nursing, and the II group was treated with humanity. SAS score and SDS score were compared before and after nursing. Results The SAS score and SDS score of II patients in the nursing group were significantly lower than that in the I（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing can improve the acute stage of acute myocardial infarction patients with anxiety and depression.
