集束化护理预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果观察

Effect of Cluster Nursing on ICU Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

目的研究分析集束化护理干预措施预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的60例儿童重症监护且使用呼吸机的患者,分成两组各30例。对照组采用常规临床护理措施;观察组在此基础上给予集束化护理措施。统计比较两组护理效果,两组患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、护理期间的病死率以及使用呼吸机、入住ICU的时间。结果观察组患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、病死率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿使用呼吸机、入住ICU的时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于ICU使用呼吸机的患儿给予集束化干预护理可以减少相关性肺炎的发生率,降低病死率,缩短患者康复时间,护理效果较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cluster nursing intervention measures to prevent ICU ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods 60 cases of pediatric intensive care and the use of breathing machine patients were selected in our hospital, divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical care measures, observation group were given cluster nursing care measures on that basis. Nursing effect, incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, mortality, the time of patients using the ventilator, and the time of ICU stay of two groups were made statistically compared during the care. Results The incidence and mortality of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the time of using the ventilator and ICU stay of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving patients with ICU ventilator cluster nursing of interventions can reduce the incidence of associated pneumonia, reduce mortality and shorten the recovery time of patients, and nursing effect is remarkable.
